DECLARATION
of 17 May 2021
on the list of foodstuffs pursuant to Article 9b (1) (c) of the Food and Tobacco Products Act
According to Article 18 (1) (n) of Act No. 110 / 1997 Coll., on Food and Tobacco Products and amending and supplementing certain related acts, as amended by Act No. 174 / 2021 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act ':
Food list
Food under Section 9b (1) (c) of the Act is:
(a) chocolate (bitter chocolate) under the legislation governing requirements for natural sweeteners, honey, confectionery, cocoa powder and mixtures of cocoa with sugar, chocolate and chocolate chocolates 1),
(b) milk chocolate in accordance with the legislation governing requirements for natural sweeteners, honey, confectionery, cocoa powder and mixtures of cocoa with sugar, chocolate and chocolate sweets;
(c) white chocolate under the legislation governing requirements for natural sweeteners, honey, confectionery, cocoa powder and mixtures of cocoa with sugar, chocolate and chocolate sweets;
(d) Chocolate a la taza according to the legislation governing requirements for natural sweeteners, honey, confectionery, cocoa powder and mixtures of cocoa with sugar, chocolate and chocolate sweets;
(e) Chocolate familiar a la taza according to the legislation governing requirements for natural sweeteners, honey, confectionery, cocoa powder and mixtures of cocoa with sugar, chocolate and chocolate sweets;
(f) family milk chocolate under the legislation governing requirements for natural sweeteners, honey, confectionery, cocoa powder and mixtures of cocoa with sugar, chocolate and chocolate sweets;
(g) chocolate candy under the legislation governing requirements for natural sweeteners, honey, confectionery, cocoa powder and mixtures of cocoa with sugar, chocolate and chocolate sweets;
(h) roasted coffee under the legislation governing the requirements for tea, coffee and coffees2),
(i) decaffeinated roasted coffee according to the legislation governing the requirements for tea, coffee and coffee;
(j) coffee extract, instant coffee, soluble coffee, soluble coffee extract according to the legislation governing the requirements for tea, coffee and coffee;
(k) decaffeinated coffee extract in accordance with the legislation governing tea, coffee and coffee requirements;
(l) coffee under the legislation governing requirements for tea, coffee and coffee;
(m) extruded products in accordance with the legislation governing the requirements for grain mill products, pasta, bakery products and pastry products and dough 3) made from rice; and
(n) buffered products in accordance with the legislation governing requirements for grain mill products, pasta, bakery products and pastry products and rice-based dough.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2022.

3) Decree No. 18 / 2020 Coll., on requirements for grain mill products, pasta, bakery products and pastry products and dough.
