DECLARATION
of 1 July 2011
repealing Decree No 30 / 2002 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Coll., laying down procedures for the verification of tanks used as measuring instruments, which are on vessels and marked with EEC mark, as amended by Decree No 260 / 2003 Coll.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 27 of Act No. 505 / 1990 Coll., on Metrology, as amended by Act No. 119 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 137 / 2002 Coll., ("the Act") for the implementation of § 9 (1) of the Act:
Decree of the Ministry of Industry and Trade No. 30 / 2002 Coll., laying down procedures for the verification of tanks used as gauges, which are on vessels and marked by EEC mark, as amended by Decree No. 260 / 2003 Coll., is repealed 1).
Part 14 of Decree No. 260 / 2003 Coll., amending certain Regulations of the Ministry of Industry and Trade implementing Act No. 505 / 1990 Coll., on Metrology, as amended, is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 15 July 2011.
