DECLARATION
of 11 June 2010
amending Decree No. 345 / 2002 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Coll., laying down measuring instruments for compulsory verification and measuring instruments subject to type approval, as amended
The Ministry of Industry and Trade provides pursuant to § 27 of Act No. 505 / 1990 Coll., on Metrology, as amended by Act No. 119 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 137 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree No 345 / 2002 Coll., laying down measuring instruments for compulsory verification and measuring instruments subject to type approval, as amended by Decree No 65 / 2006 Coll. and Decree No 259 / 2007 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in the Annex, point 2.1.3 (b), including footnote 3, shall read:
„
| b) váhy tř. 0,5; 1 a 2 pro vážení silničních vozidel za pohybu pro stanovení sankcí, poplatků, tarifů a daní; pro nízkorychlostní kontrolní vážení podle zvláštního právního předpisu;3) pro vážení písku, přírodního kameniva, tuhého komunálního odpadu, recyklovaných materiálů, stavební suti, minerálních a lámaných materiálů a vážení malty a betonu u jejich výrobců a přepravců | 1 rok |
3) For example, Act No. 13 / 1997 Coll., on Road, as amended. '
2. the following point (c) is inserted after point 2.1.3 of the Annex:
„

| c) váhy pro vysokorychlostní kontrolní vážení silničních vozidel za pohybu podle zvláštního právního předpisu3) s relativní chybou měření menší nebo rovnou ± 5 % pro celkovou hmotnost vozidla a ± 11 % pro zatížení na nápravu | 1 rok |
Points (c) and (d) shall be renumbered points (d) and (e).
3. In the Annex, entry 2.4.2 is deleted.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2011, with the exception of point 3, which shall take effect on the day of its publication.
