DECLARATION
of 26 June 2003
amending Decree No. 89 / 2003 Coll., laying down the requirements for the medical fitness of members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic and the defects and conditions which exclude the admission of the candidate to service or exclude or restrict the performance of the service
The Ministry of Finance, in agreement with the Ministry of Health, provides, pursuant to § 20 paragraph 2 of Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act, as amended by Act No. 1 / 2002 Coll.:
Čl. I
In Annex No 2 to Decree No 89 / 2003 Coll., which lays down the requirements for the medical fitness of members of the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic and the defects and conditions which exclude the admission of the candidate to service or exclude or restrict the performance of the service, Section 1, including the title, reads as follows:
"Medical assessment

Oddíl I

1. The medical fitness in the list of diseases and associated health problems (Section II) shall be broken down into columns I, II, III, which include individual diseases and associated health problems and their corresponding medical fitness.
2. The corresponding medical fitness shall be marked with a statistical mark:
• The statistical mark "A 'expresses competence to perform the service,
• the statistical mark "C" expresses the competence to perform a service with a restriction; and
• The statistical mark "D" expresses incompetence to perform the service.
3. According to column I, applicants and re-tenderers are assessed for the functions listed under order number 1 to 4b in the list of functions in the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic (Annex No 1).
4. According to column II, the following are assessed:
• Candidates and re-candidates recruited for functions listed under order No 5 to 7 in the list of functions in the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic (Annex No 1), unless the relevant post office with personnel authority determines an assessment according to column I,
• members in the performance of the service listed in the list of functions in the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic (Annex No 1).
5. According to column III, members in the performance of the service are assessed on the functions listed under order No 5 to 7 in the list of functions in the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic (Annex No 1). '
Čl. II
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
