THE LAW
of 31 July 1997
on the issue of government bonds to cover the deficit of the state budget for 1996
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
(1) The Ministry of Finance issues government bonds in the range of CZK 1 562 273 706 to cover the deficit of the state budget for 1996.
(2) The maturity of the bonds issued pursuant to paragraph 1 shall be within 15 years of the date of application of this Act.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
