The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided on 10 July 1996, in plenary, on a proposal from a group of 26 Members of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic to repeal the generally binding Decree of the City of Náchoda of 19 October 1994 on the prohibition of Communist, Nazi and fascist propaganda in the territory of Náchoda
as follows:
City Order The Treaty of 19 October 1994 on the prohibition of communist, Nazi and fascist propaganda in the territory of the city of Náchoda shall be repealed on the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
