amending certain regulations on trade books.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
Business book management.
The provisions on the keeping of trade books shall be amended as follows:
1. Article 32 of the General Commercial Code referred to by the Law of 17 December 1862, No 1 of 1863, deleted paragraph 2; paragraph 3 shall be paragraph 2.
2. in Article 25 (1) of the Act of Commerce, the words "bound, by common numbers and elongated yarns" shall be deleted;

(1) The provisions on the movement of trade books are amended as follows:
1. Paragraph 295 of the Law of 1 August 1895, No 113 of the Law on Judicial Proceedings in Civil Procedure (Civil Code of the Judicial Procedure), will be worded as follows:
"Where, in view of its content and the negotiations and trade on which the minutes are based, the trade books of the buyers, the final lists and the journal of the negotiators and other books held on the operation of the economy, trade and trade and trade concerned provide evidence, the court shall examine the provisions of Paragraph 272.
The Court of First Instance will also examine, pursuant to Paragraph 272, the accompanying power of trade books, journals and so on, held abroad, unless the international treaty provides otherwise. '
2. Paragraph 322 of Article I / 1911 (Civil Code of the Court of Justice) shall read as follows:
"Where the trade books of the buyers, the final lists and the journal of the negotiators and other books held on the operation of the economy, trade and trade, taking into account their content and the negotiations and trade on which the minutes are based, provide evidence, the court shall examine the provisions of Paragraph 270.
The Court of First Instance will also assess, pursuant to Paragraph 270, the accompanying power of trade books, journals and so on, abroad, unless the international treaty provides otherwise. '
(2) The following provisions shall be deleted:
1. § 19, 20 and 22 of Act No. 1 / 1863 of the Act;
2. Articles 34 to 37 of the General Commercial Code and Articles 77 to 79 of the Law of 4 April 1875, No 68 of the Act on Trade Agreements or Sensals;
3. § 31 to 34 and § 541 to 543 of Article XXXVII / 1875.
Final provision.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Minister of Justice in agreement with the Ministers involved.
