ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 24 April 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020 by which the Government, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, declared emergency status in accordance with Article 5 and Article 5 (a) to (e), Sections 6 and 7 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on emergency management and amending certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the crisis situation, the adoption of a crisis measure, by virtue of the provisions of § 6 (1) (b) and § 7 (a) of the Crisis Act.
Government
I. states that the entry of specialists and key employees from the Republic of Korea necessary for the implementation of the first stage of the investment in Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. in connection with the launch of the production of a new ecological model of a car in the Czech Republic is in the interest of the Czech Republic;
II. Saves
1. 1. to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for the Interior and Minister for Foreign Affairs to implement the necessary measures for the implementation of the derogation under point I of this resolution;
2. appropriate regional health centres to decide on appropriate quarantine measures in accordance with Act No. 258 / 2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and on the amendment of certain related laws, as amended, for persons entering the Czech Republic by derogation under point I. of this resolution.
