DECLARATION
of 3 June 2008
amending Decree No. 267 / 1999 Coll., on determining the amount of the recruitment allowance, the transfer and subsistence allowance and the procedure for granting travel and other allowances to professional soldiers, as amended
According to § 73 (1) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., the Ministry of Defence provides:
Decree of the Ministry of Defence No. 267 / 1999 Coll., determining the amount of the recruitment allowance, the transfer and subsistence allowance and the procedure for granting travel and other compensation to professional soldiers, as amended by Decree No. 44 / 2001 Coll., Decree No. 457 / 2002 Coll. and Decree No. 445 / 2005 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in § 2 (a) the amount "65 CZK" is replaced by "68 CZK."
2. in § 2 (b), the amount "CZK 95" is replaced by "CZK 100";
3. In § 2 (c), "145 CZK 'is replaced by" 155 CZK'.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2008.
