GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 24 March 2004
amending Government Regulation No 505 / 2000 Coll., laying down support programmes for the promotion of non-production functions of agriculture, support for landscape maintenance activities, assistance programmes to promote less favourable areas and criteria for their assessment, as amended by Government Regulation No 500 / 2001 Coll.
The Government orders the implementation of Act No. 252 / 1997 Coll., on Agriculture, as amended by Act No. 62 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 307 / 2000 Coll., Act No. 128 / 2003 Coll. and Act No. 85 / 2004 Coll.:
Government Regulation No 505 / 2000 Coll., establishing support programmes to promote the non-production functions of agriculture, to support the activities involved in the maintenance of the landscape, to help promote less favourable areas and the criteria for their assessment, as amended by Government Regulation No 500 / 2001 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Article 3 (1) (a), "28 February" is replaced by "30 April."
2. in Article 4 (1), point (a) is deleted;
Points (b) to (g) shall be renumbered as points (a) to (f).
3. In Article 4 (2), "(b) 'is replaced by" (a)';
4. In Article 6 (1), the word "Ministry 'is replaced by" competent regional department of the Ministry'.
5. In Article 6 (2), the word "Ministry 'is replaced by" Regional competent department of the Ministry'.
6. The following Section 15a is inserted after Section 15:
The grant or, where appropriate, the compensatory allowance shall be granted and granted for the last time for the calendar year 2003, except for:
(a) post-planting care, for a maximum period of 3 years following the year of planting, under the support programme referred to in Article 12 (b) (2);
(b) the protection of forest areas until they are secured for a period of no more than 12 years following the year of the change in the structure of agricultural production by afforestation of agricultural parcels, under the support programme referred to in Article 12 (c) (1);
(c) the maintenance of crops of fast-growing trees intended for energy use for a maximum period of 3 years following the year of establishment under the support programme referred to in Article 12 (c) (2);
the crops or, where applicable, the elements of the territorial systems of ecological stability of the landscape, for which a subsidy was granted in the calendar year 2003 or in previous years under Government Decree No. 505 / 2000 Coll., or Government Decree No. 505 / 2000 Coll., as amended by Government Decree No. 500 / 2001 Coll. ';
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
