repealing certain implementing legislation issued under the responsibility of the Ministry of Transport and Communications
The Ministry of Transport and Communications, as a central body of state administration in transport, telecommunications and post office matters, provides:
They shall be deleted:
1. Decree No. 111 / 1964 Coll., implementing the Telecommunications Act,
2. Decree No. 148 / 1984 Coll., on amendments and additions to the Ordinance No. 111 / 1964 Coll., implementing the Telecommunications Act,
3. Decree No. 23 / 1966 Coll., on the definition and possession of the terms of radio broadcasting stations,
4th Decree No. 92 / 1974 Coll., on the authorisation of amateur radio broadcasting stations,
5. Decree No. 144 / 1973 Coll., on wire telecommunications equipment operated outside the single telecommunications network,
6th Decree No. 73 / 1974 Coll., on joint distribution of radio and television signals by cable,
7th Decree No. 360 / 1991 Coll., amending and supplementing Federal Ministry of Communications Decree No. 73 / 1974 Coll., on joint distribution of radio and television signals by cable,
8th Decree No. 108 / 1982 Coll., which is published by the Telephone Regulations,

This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
