The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided on 3 July 1996, in plenary, on the proposal of a group of 31 Members of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic to repeal the generally binding order of the City of Hořice in Podkrkonoší of 25 October 1994 No 7 / 94 concerning the prohibition of fascist, communist, Nazi and racist propaganda in the territory of the city of Hořice
as follows:
The Order of the City of Hořice in Podkrkonoší of 25 October 1994 No 7 / 94 concerning the prohibition of fascist, communist, Nazi and racist propaganda in the territory of Hořice shall be repealed on the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
