GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 June 2022
amending Government Regulation No 565 / 2020 Coll., on the conditions for granting indirect costs compensation to sectors where a significant risk of carbon leakage has been identified as a result of the projection of greenhouse gas emissions into electricity prices, as amended by Government Regulation No 40 / 2022 Coll.
The Government mandates pursuant to Article 11 (5) of Act No. 383 / 2012 Coll., on the terms of greenhouse gas emission allowance trading, as amended by Act No. 1 / 2020 Coll.:
Government Regulation No 565 / 2020 Coll., on the conditions for granting compensation for indirect costs to sectors where a significant risk of carbon leakage has been identified as a result of the projection of greenhouse gas emissions into electricity prices, as amended by Government Regulation No 40 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 4 (3), "1,06" is replaced by "0,85."
2. In Annex No 1, the word "Polyethylene 'is replaced by" Polyethylene glycol and other polyether alcohols'.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2022.
