s) replica of fire doors to produce a new door assembly to create a door assembly showing the required fire resistance when reaching the maximum approach to the original shape solution;
(t) a standard test test which is part of a specified conformity assessment procedure according to a special Regulation .4)
Technical conditions
(1) The fire doors must meet the technical conditions expressed in terms of fire resistance
(a) integrity (E) and thermal insulation by temperature on the unheated side (I) or integrity (E) and thermal insulation by radiation (W); and
(b) functional equipment used (C) for fire doors carried out in accordance with Paragraph 4 (2).
(2) The smoke-proof door must meet the technical conditions expressed in terms of the requirements for smoke-tight (S) and functional equipment (C).
(3) The smoke-proof fire doors shall comply with the technical specifications of paragraphs 1 and 2.
(4) Verification of compliance with the technical conditions referred to in paragraphs 1, 2 and 3 shall always be carried out by a standard test, except in the cases referred to in paragraphs 5 and 6.
(5) Verification of compliance with the technical conditions of the fire doors
(a) adapted for specific construction;
(b) atypical or piece-produced replica in a total of not more than 15 pieces; or
(c) which, by their dimensions, performance or thermal stress, do not allow verification of compliance with the essential technical conditions by standard testing;
may be performed only in the context of an extended application of standard test results on the basis of the calculation as part of an expert opinion whose accuracy is verified by an authorised person. 5) The calculation verification can only be carried out provided that all factors affecting fire resistance can be quantified.
(6) The new verification of compliance with the technical conditions shall not be carried out in the case of direct application of the results of the standard tests (e.g. during permissible modification of the surface treatment, geometric dimensions, fittings used).
(1) Fire doors, smoke-proof doors and smoke-proof fire doors pursuant to § 3 must be carried out, built into structures or technologies and maintained throughout the life or normal life (6) so that, in the event of a fire, they can always pass freely and do not prevent the smooth and safe evacuation of persons, animals or fire protection units.
(2) Fire doors, smoke-proof doors and smoke-proof fire doors as referred to in paragraph 1, the integral part of which is functional equipment, shall be carried out, incorporated into buildings or technology and maintained throughout the normal life, so that in the event of a fire all the opening parts of the fire are always reliably closed (not blocked) and easily opened manually without further action.
