amending and supplementing the Civil Code and amending the Act of the Czech National Council No. 436 / 1991 Coll., on certain measures in the judiciary, on the elections of the sitting, their dismissal and appeals, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 99 / 1963 Coll., Civil Code, as amended by Act No. 36 / 1967 Coll., Act No. 158 / 1969 Coll., Act No. 49 / 1973 Coll., Act No. 20 / 1975 Coll., Act No. 133 / 1982 Coll., Act No. 180 / 1990 Coll., Act No. 328 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 519 / 1991 Coll., Act No. 263 / 1992 Coll., Act No. 142 / 1996 Coll., Act No. 24 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 171 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 160 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 238 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 152 / 1995 Coll., Act No. 216 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 84 / 1995 Coll.
1. In Article 176 (1), the following shall be inserted after the words "on the contact of parents with them ':" on the return of the child'.
2. the following Section 250f is inserted after Section 250e:
(1) The Court of First Instance may rule on an action without hearing by judgment:
(a) if the contested decision is unverifiable for inclarity or lack of grounds; or
(b) if the parties so agree or agree.
(2) The consent referred to in paragraph 1 (b) shall also be granted if the party to the proceedings does not, within 15 days of receipt of the request by the court, express his opposition to the hearing without the order of the hearing. The participant shall be informed of these consequences. '.
3. In Article 272 (1), the following shall be deleted after the words "and the arrangements for contact with them 'and the following words shall be inserted:" or the enforcement of a return decision;'.
4. In Article 272 (2), the following shall be deleted after the words "and the arrangements for contact with them" and the following words shall be inserted: "or the return decision, '.
5. In Article 272 (3), the following shall be deleted after the words "and the arrangements for contact with them" and the following words shall be inserted: "or the return decision, '.
6. In Article 273 (1), the following shall be deleted after the words "where appropriate, the arrangements for contact with them" and the following words shall be inserted: "or the return decision, '.
7. In Article 273 (2), the following words are inserted after the words "or the Agreement entrusted" and the following words are inserted: "or is to be returned, '.
8. In Article 273 (3), the following shall be inserted after the words "and the arrangements for contact with them ':" or the return decision'.
Civil cases in which the applicant is a public transport operator in the territory of the capital city of Prague, where he claims under the special rule (1) to pay the fare or the amounts provided for by this special regulation, which were challenged before the date of application of this Act by the District Court for Prague 7, in which the jurisdiction of another district court, district court in Prague or the Municipal Court in Brno would be given to the District Court for Prague 7.
This Law shall take effect on 1 October 1997.
