The Constitutional Court of the Czech Republic decided on 11 June 1996, in plenary, on a proposal from a group of 31 Members of the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic to repeal the generally binding Order of the City of Pardubice No 26 / 94 of 21 September 1994 concerning the prohibition of communist, Nazi, fascist and racist propaganda in the territory of Pardubice
as follows:
The Order of the City of Pardubice No 26 / 94 of 21 September 1994 concerning the prohibition of communist, Nazi, fascist and racist propaganda on the territory of Pardubice is hereby repealed.
