Federal Statistical Office and Federal Ministry of Finance
of 28 December 1989
repealing certain regulations in the field of socio-economic information
The Federal Statistical Office and the Federal Ministry of Finance, in agreement with the Federal Price Office pursuant to § 35 paragraphs 2 and 3 of Act No. 21 / 1971 Coll., on the Single System of Social Economic Information, provides:
_
1. the Federal Statistical Office and Federal Ministry of Finance Decree No. 78 / 1977 Coll., on the introduction of unified models of initial records and routine entries in the organisation's information system,
2. Decree of the Federal Statistical Office and Federal Ministry of Finance No. 173 / 1980 Coll., on a single alleged base of organizations.
It shall be repealed:
Decree of the Federal Ministry of Finance No. 88 / 1972 Coll., on the examination and approval of the annual accounts of state economic organisations and foreign trade organisations.
The following other generally binding legislation of the Federal Statistical Office shall be repealed:
1. Guidelines on State Statistical Statements for the Industry Section "2 Prům" (No Vk 33 / 86 of 13.6.1985) with the Annex to the "List of Products and Performance for the completion of the Statement to Právky 3-12 which was notified in the Collection of Laws, 1 of 1986,

This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1990.
