DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade
of 18 November 1988
on restrictions on exports of certain chemicals
The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade provides pursuant to § 56 of Act No. 42 / 1980 Coll., on Economic Relations with Foreign Affairs, as amended by Act No. 102 / 1988 Coll.:
§ 1
(1) The export of chemicals or groups of chemicals listed in the Annex to this Decree is always required by the permission of the Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade.
(2) The Federal Ministry of Foreign Trade may make the granting of the authorisation referred to in paragraph 1 subject to certain conditions or to the presentation of specified documents.
§ 2
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

9.2-chloroethanol
10. compounds containing methylphosphorous bond
