amending certain provisions on pension tax.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
Beginning in 1947, the benefits of the taxpayer and members of his family are not included in the pension of households (Section 5, paragraph 2 of the Act of 15 June 1927, No 76 Coll., on direct taxes, as amended by the Act of 20 December 1945, No 161 Coll.).
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by the Finance Minister in agreement with the Ministers involved.
