amending Government Decree No. 438 / 2022 Coll., on increasing State contributions pursuant to Act No. 359 / 1999 Coll., on Social and Legal Protection of Children, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 58b (1) of Act No. 359 / 1999 Coll., on Social Protection of Children, as amended by Act No. 401 / 2012 Coll. and Act No. 363 / 2021 Coll.:
In § 1 of Decree No. 438 / 2022 Coll., on the increase of state contributions pursuant to Act No. 359 / 1999 Coll., on the Social Protection of Children, as amended, the amount "39 600 CZK" is replaced by "43 560 CZK."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 July 2024.
