DECLARATION
of 20 June 2023
amending Decree No. 84 / 1996 Coll., on Forest Economic Planning, as amended by Decree No. 186 / 2022 Coll.
The Ministry of Agriculture provides pursuant to § 25 (5) and § 27 (8) of Act No. 289 / 1995 Coll., on Forests, and amending and supplementing certain laws (Forest Act), as amended by Act No. 62 / 2017 Coll.:
Decree No. 84 / 1996 Coll., on Forest Economic Planning, as amended by Decree No. 186 / 2022 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 6, Part V, paragraph 2:
'2. The estimate of variability of the ratio c is calculated using the formula

where n2 is the size of the selection, i.e. the number of sites of the reference inventory network with at least one area placed in the stratum. Member Mø2 indicates the average number of areas per strata location, the centre of which is located on accessible and viable grassland. The equation shall be calculated by:

2. In Annex 6, Part XI, Table 1 reads as follows:

3. In Annex 6, Part XII, paragraph 5 reads as follows:
"5. The value of the coefficient of inconsistency between the extraction of the forest register and the production estimated in accordance with the procedure referred to in Part X. shall be determined as follows:

where q represents the proportion of areas on which the repeated identification of strains has been successfully carried out collapses from the total number of areas belonging to the accessible and viable grassland in the current inventory. TLHE is the mining figure obtained from forest economic records for the period since the previous inventory and for the land accessible and viable land growing at the time of the previous inventory. T DESIGN SPI is the estimate of total extraction since the previous inventory carried out in accordance with Part X. '
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2024.
