of 31 July 2019
imposing collective agreements of a higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following collective agreements of a higher degree have been imposed on him:
1. Collective contract of higher degree for 2019, concluded on 20 May 2019 between these Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic,
Czech Republic - Moravian Trade Union Association
and
Association of the Czech Paper Industry.
2. Appendix 2 to the Collective Higher Level Contract for the years 2017- 2019 Part B, concluded on 3 June 2019 between these Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Czech Association of Employers in Forestry,
Czech Association of Entrepreneurs in Forestry.
3. Collective contract of higher degree for 2019, concluded on 17 May 2019 between these Contracting Parties
Trade union of workers of wood-working industries, forestry and water management in the Czech Republic
and
Association of Forestry and Woodworking Enterprises.
