GOVERNMENT REGULATION

of 22 June 2009

amending Government Regulation No 564 / 2006 Coll., on the remuneration of public service and administration employees, as amended

The Government orders pursuant to § 123 (6) (g) and § 129 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2007 Coll.:

Čl. I

Government Decree No. 564 / 2006 Coll., on the remuneration of employees in public services and administration, as amended by Government Decree No. 74 / 2009 Coll., Government Decree No. 130 / 2009 Coll. and Government Decree No. 133 / 2009 Coll., are amended as follows:

1. In Paragraph 4 (8), "and 2 'is replaced by" to 3';

2. In Article 4 (10), "and 2 'is replaced by" to 3';

3. in Article 5 (2), point (e) shall be deleted;

4. In Article 5 (2), the last sentence, including footnote 24, is deleted.

5. In Article 5, the following paragraph 3 is added:

"(3) Staff members who are healthcare works18) providing health care at a medical institution, rescue or social services facility 18a) shall be entitled to a salary fare determined on the basis of the scale of the salary tariffs set out in Annex 3 to this Regulation.

6. In Paragraph 8 (1), the words "unless otherwise stated in paragraph 4 'are deleted and the number" 3' is replaced by "4 '.

7. In Article 8 (3), the words "and the special premium referred to in paragraph 4 'and the words" and the right to the special premium referred to in paragraph 4' are deleted.

8. Paragraph 8 (4) is deleted.

9. The following Annex 3 is inserted after Annex 2:

"Annex No 3 to Government Decree No 564 / 2006 Coll.

Annex 3 to date shall be renumbered Annex 4.

Čl. II

Government Regulation No. 133 / 2009 Coll., amending Government Regulation No. 564 / 2006 Coll., on the pay ratios of employees in public services and administration, as amended, is hereby repealed.

Čl. III

Efficacy

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2009.
