GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 22 June 2009
amending Government Regulation No 565 / 2006 Coll., on pay ratios for professional soldiers, as amended
The Government mandates pursuant to § 23 (1) (b) and (c) of Act No. 143 / 1992 Coll., on the salary and remuneration of on-call time in budgetary and in certain other organisations and bodies, as amended by Act No. 40 / 1994 Coll., Act No. 217 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 626 / 2004 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 565 / 2006 Coll., on the pay ratios of professional soldiers, as amended by Government Decree No. 336 / 2007 Coll., Government Decree No. 131 / 2008 Coll., Government Decree No. 131 / 2009 Coll. and Government Decree No. 134 / 2009 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. In Article 5 (2), "Annex 1 'is replaced by" Annexes 1 and 2';
2. In Paragraph 5 (4), the words "or Annex 2 'shall be inserted after the words" Annex 1'.
3. Article 6, including the title and footnote 10a, reads:
"Salary tariff
(1) The soldier shall be entitled to the fee rate for the grade and grade to which he is included, as set out in Annex 1 to this Regulation, in which the scale of the rates by grade and grade is determined, unless otherwise specified.
(2) A soldier who is a healthcare worker (10a) providing medical care at a medical institution or an air rescue centre shall be entitled to a salary fare for the grade and grade to which he is classified, according to the scale of the rates set out in Annex 2 to this Regulation.
10a) § 2 (b) of Act No. 95 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising professional competence and specialised competence for the exercise of the medical profession of doctor, dentist and pharmacist, as amended. § 2 (b) of Act No. 96 / 2004 Coll., on the conditions for obtaining and recognising eligibility for the pursuit of non-medical medical professions and for carrying out activities related to the provision of healthcare and amending certain related laws (Act on non-medical medical professions), as amended. '
4. In Section 9, "2 'is replaced by" 3';
5. Paragraph 11 (6) is deleted.
Paragraph 7 shall become paragraph 6.
6. The heading of Annex No 1 reads as follows: "Grades by grade and grade for professional soldiers referred to in Section 6 (1) (in CZK monthly)."
7. The following Annex 2 is inserted after Annex 1:

Annex 2 is renumbered Annex 3.
Government Regulation No. 134 / 2009 Coll., amending Government Regulation No. 565 / 2006 Coll., on the pay ratios of professional soldiers, as amended, is hereby repealed.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2009.
