Decree on issue of commemorative banknote after 100 CZK of model 2019 to 100th anniversary of Czechoslovak currency construction

DECLARATION
of 16 January 2019
on the issue of a commemorative banknote of CZK 100 model 2019 to the 100th anniversary of the construction of the Czechoslovak currency
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll. and Act No. 89 / 2018 Coll.:
§ 1
On 31 January 2019 the 100th anniversary of the construction of the Czechoslovak currency is issued a commemorative banknote of CZK 100 model 2019 (hereinafter the "banknote").
§ 2
(1) The banknote is 84 mm wide and 194 mm long. The tolerance in its width shall be 1,5 mm and 1,5 mm in length. The banknote is printed on a naturally coloured paper with a local tiered watermark, a white watermark and a protective strip.
(2) The tiered watermark is placed on the 53 mm wide, unprinted edge of the banknote (hereinafter referred to as the coupon) and consists of a portrait of Alois Rashín. In addition to the tiered watermark with the portrait of Alois Rashín, there is a white watermark marked "100" in the centre of the banknote and a leaf with a fruit.
(3) A 1,4 mm width protective strip is embedded in paper in a perpendicular direction to the long side of the banknote throughout its width, when viewed from the face side in its right half. In the light of light, the recurring negative microtext "100 years CZK and two lime petals" is readable on the strip.
(4) The banknote is equipped with a protective serial number in the upper right part of the front and the upper left part of the reverse pattern in the form of lines and sheets on the leaf. In light against light, the lines and surfaces of the contour mark from both sides of the banknote are combined in stylized letters AR.
(5) Banknote paper used for the printing of banknotes is provided with visible orange protective fibres of approximately 6 mm in length.
(6) On both the front and back sides of the banknote are printed on a yellow circle.
§ 3
(1) On the banknote face is a portrait of the first Czechoslovak Finance Minister Alois Rashín in the left part of the print pattern. It is printed from deep brown printing. The name "ALOIS RASHIN" is placed to the left of the portrait and is also printed by printing from depth in brown. On the right of the portrait is the building of the headquarters of the Czech National Bank in Prague with the statue of Whitelighter with a lion, which is printed by printing from the area in shades of yellow, orange and brown colour. There are wavy raster belts around the sculpture. In the lower part of the building, a circular area with a monogram of the Czechoslovak "RČS" and lime leaves are printed in an optically variable colour. The variable colour changes from green to golden depending on the angle of light impact. To the right of the building are printed with a deep print of leaves in shades of brown. At the bottom edge of the banknote on the left is printed in fine print with deep print in the color brown name of the author of the graphic design "EVA HAŠKOVÁ INV." on the right name of the engraver "MARTIN SRB SC."
(2) In the right part of the print pattern there is a text in two rows indicating the denomination of the "STO KORUNA ČESKÝ" banknote, under which the name of the Emission Bank "CZECH NATIONAL BANK" is given in two rows. The area of the letters of the word STO is filled with a repetitive microtext "STO." To the right of the monogram is the designation of the representative of the emission bank by the word "GUVERNER 'and facsimile of its signature. The issue number of the" 2019 "banknote is located to the left of the monogram. On the belt at the right edge of the banknote the number" 100 "and the repetitive microtext" 100 "is negative. All of the above texts are printed by printing from depth in dark brown colour. The printing of the banknote is printed by printing from the area with a small raster in shades of yellow and orange colour with repeating microtext" ČNB 100. "
(3) The upper part of the coupon is printed by printing from the depth in the shades of yellow and brown the value number "100" indicating the denomination of the banknote. The area of digits is filled in with a repetitive microtext "AR." The lower part of the coupon is printed in the circular area by printing from depth in the color of brown Czech heraldic lion with heart shield with sign of Slovakia. There is a hidden pattern in the circle with the lion which, at a certain angle of light impact, creates a dark or light number "100."
§ 4
(1) An allegorical head of the Republic is printed on the back of the banknote in the middle of the print pattern with a hint of a frigid hat from the facade of the State Printer of Prizes in Prague. The facade of the so-called Schebk Palace in Prague, the former seat of the Banking Office of the Ministry of Finance and the National Bank of Czechoslovakia, is printed on the left of the portrait. A laurel branch partially overlaps the head from the right. Under the branch there is a large state emblem of the Czech Republic. The text "1919" and "2019" is placed under the head. The facade of the Schebek Palace, portrait, contour of the laurel branch and the state emblem are printed with a print from depth in shades of grey and brown color. On the belt at the left edge of the banknote the number "100" and the repetitive microtext "100" is negative. In parallel to the bottom side of the banknote, the inscription "FAILURE BANKNOTES ARE TREATED BY LAW 'is placed below. At the lower edge of the banknote, the inscription" © ČESSKÝ NATIONAL BANK' is printed in small letters on the left, in the middle of the "STATE PRINCIPLE OF CENIN, STATE UNDERTAKING, PRAHA 'and on the right the name of the engraver" MARTIN SRB SC.'. At the lower and right edges of the print pattern there are wavy raster belts with recurring positive and negative microtext with the names of central bank officials from 1919 to 2019. All the specified parts of the print pattern and the filling of the rotogravure contours are printed by printing from the area in shades of yellow, orange, grey and brown.
(2) The upper part of the coupon is printed by printing from the area in shades of grey, yellow and orange, the value number "100" indicating the denomination of the banknote. The area of the digits is filled in at the top with a small grid and at the bottom with a microtext "100 '. The signature of the banknote is printed by printing from the area with a small raster in shades of yellow, orange and grey with a repetitive microtext" ČNB 100' and "1919 '" 2019'.
(3) The denomination of the series of banknotes in two capital letters of the alphabet and a two-digit number and a six-digit serial number of the banknote shall be printed in a horizontal direction on the bottom right and on the top left. Both series descriptions and banknote serial numbers are printed from a height in black.
§ 5
The image of the banknote is given in the annex to this order.
§ 6
This Decision shall enter into force on 31 January 2019.
