amending Decree No. 501 / 2006 Coll., on general requirements for the use of the territory, as amended
According to § 193 and § 194 (a) of Act No. 183 / 2006 Coll., on Territorial Planning and Construction Regulations (Construction Act), as amended by Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll.:
In § 26 of Decree No. 501 / 2006 Coll., on general requirements for the use of the territory, as amended by Decree No. 269 / 2009 Coll. and Decree No. 22 / 2010 Coll., the words "§ 24a (2) (a), § 24a (3) (a) 'are replaced by the words" § 24a (2) and (3)'.
This Decree shall take effect on 15 March 2011.
