amending the Decree on measures against communicable diseases
The Ministry of Health of the Slovak Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Socialist Republic determine, pursuant to § 70 (1) (c) and § 71 (2) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people, and § 195 of the Criminal Act No. 140 / 1961 Coll.:
Paragraph 10 of Decree No. 46 / 1966 Coll., on measures against communicable diseases, deleted paragraph 2.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 April 1978.
