THE LAW
of 26 March 1975
amending and supplementing certain other provisions of the Labour Code
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this law:
Civil Code No. 99 / 1963 Coll. as amended (complete version No. 162 / 1973 Coll.) is amended as follows:
1. in Articles 82 (2) and 88 (g), the words "the Commission on Labour Disputes" shall be replaced by "the Arbitration Commission."
Article 274 (c) reads as follows:
"(c) enforceable decisions by the labour disputes committees, arbitration committees and conciliation approved by them;"

2. § 15 (3) and § 73 (2) of Act No. 101 / 1964 Coll., on Social Security;
3rd Government Decree No. 40 / 1953 Coll., on Civil Labour Assistance;
4th Government Order No. 66 / 1965 Coll., implementing the Labour Code, as amended by the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic Decree No. 60 / 1970 Coll.;
5th Decree No. 113 / 1955 of the Ú. l., on the employment relationship of ships of Czechoslovak seagoing ships;
6. Paragraph 97 (2) (e) of Decree No. 102 / 1964 Coll., implementing the Social Security Act;
7th Decree No. 23 / 1970 Coll., on Dispute Settlement of Labour Disputes by Labour Disputes.
The Bureau of the Federal Assembly is hereby authorised to declare in the Collection of Laws the full text of the Labour Code, as is apparent from the subsequent regulations.
This Act shall take effect on 1 July 1975.
