DECLARATION
Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management
of 14 February 1963
amending and supplementing Decree No. 73 / 1960 Coll., on Refunds for the Collection of Surface Water
The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management shall, in agreement with the Ministry of Finance and other participating central authorities, provide for the Act No. 11 / 1955 Coll., on Water Management, as amended by Act No. 12 / 1959 Coll.:
Paragraph 4 (1) of Decree No 73 / 1960 Coll. reads:
"(1) Compensation for water collection shall be invoiced monthly by water management organisations. The rules on invoicing and payment of refunds shall apply to invoicing and payment for goods and works and on payment and settlement transactions. '; *)
This Decree shall take effect on 1 March 1963.
