amending and supplementing Government Regulation No 56 / 1956 Coll., on sickness and pension insurance for members of single agricultural cooperatives and on pension insurance for individual farmers and other self-employed persons
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, pursuant to § 90 of Act No. 55 / 1956 Coll., on Social Security:
Paragraph 13 (1) of Decree-Law No 56 / 1956 Coll. reads:
"(1) The pension is payable to any child (Section 24 of the Act) of an old-age, invalidity or partial invalidity pension who would be entitled to an orphan's pension when a cooperative dies. The allowance does not apply to a child who is entitled to an orphan's pension or to whom the child allowance is payable (as provided for in the legislation on the material security of members of the armed forces). The education allowance shall also not apply to a child who is not entitled to a child allowance solely because the staff member has not fulfilled the conditions laid down. ';
This Regulation shall apply from 1 April 1959; they shall be implemented by the President of the State Social Security Office in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
