Government Regulation
of 6 April 1954
on the organisation of the State Mining Administration.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders, with the consent of the President of the Republic pursuant to § 1 of the Constitutional Act No. 47 / 1950 Coll., on adaptations in the organisation of public administration:
§ 6a
In addition to the tasks set out in Act No. 41 / 1957 Coll. (upper law) and in other regulations it is for the Central Mining Office:
(a) to lay down, in cooperation and in agreement with the central authorities involved and in agreement with the Central Council of Trade Unions, general provisions on explosives, including provisions on the production and processing of explosives issued by the competent central authorities governing their production;
(b) ensure coordination of more detailed safety technical regulations on the use of explosives issued by individual central authorities in their field of competence under the general rules on explosives;
§ 8.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 April 1954; All members of the government will do it.
