Regulation of the Minister for Interior
of 20 March 1953
on the minor adjustment of the boundaries of the urban districts Prague 14 and Prague 15.
In agreement with the Ministers of Justice and Finance pursuant to § 2 (1) of Act No. 76 / 1949 Coll., on the organisation of administration in the capital of Prague:
The boundaries of the city districts Prague 14 and Prague 15, established by Decree No. 79 / 1949 Coll., on the distribution of the territory of the capital of Prague for public administration purposes, are changed in detail as follows:
From the district of Prague 15 it is transferred to the district of Prague 14 territory situated east of the cadastral border of Podolí-Krč, in the part between the trimezem of the land parc. no. 1863 - Podolí and 827 and 3164 - Krč and the quadrumezem of the land parc. no. 1814 and 1816 - Podolí and 901 and 902 - Krč, so that the new border between the urban districts of Praha 14 and Praha 15 will lead in this section along the current cadastral border of Podoli-Krč.
This Regulation shall take effect on 1 April 1953.
