The Government orders pursuant to § 45a (2) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll. and Act No. 284 / 2021 Coll., and under § 45c (4) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Protection, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:
