DECLARATION

of 2 January 2017

on the declaration of the National Natural Monuments of Olšina and the establishment of its closer protection conditions

The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:

§ 1

Announcement of a national natural monument

(1) The National Natural Monument of Olšina ("the National Natural Monument") is announced.

(2) A natural service, as defined in paragraph 3, shall be declared a national natural monument, with the presence of:

(a) forest and shrubbery ecosystems of peat forests, meadow forests and wetlands;

(b) wetland and aquatic ecosystems of saltwater and transverse peat, high oyster vegetation and macrophyte vegetation of watercourses;

(c) grassland and grassland grass ecosystems;

(d) biotopes of rare and endangered plant species of Siberian ash (Ligularia sibirica), bitter flounder (Gentiana pneumonant), Davall's oysters (Carex davalliana), rosemary willow (Salix rosmarinifolia) and mud rosebud (Ledum pallastre), including their populations; and

(e) biotopes of rare and endangered species of the species of blue-headed (Maculinea teleuis), mud blue (Maculinea nausithous) and minétriés (Carabus menetriesii paleii), including their populations;

forming the object of the protection of the national natural heritage.

(3) The national natural monument is situated in the territory of the South Bohemia Region, in the cadastral territory of Polná na Šumava. The boundaries of the national natural monument shall be determined by closed geometric patterns with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the uniform trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of geometric patterns, as they follow, is given in Annex 1 to this decree.

(4) The protection zone of the national natural heritage is situated in the territory of South Bohemia, in the cadastral territory of Polná na Šumava. The boundaries of the national natural heritage protection zone shall be determined by a closed geometric pattern with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of a single trigonometric network of cadastral1). The list of coordinates of the vertices of geometric patterns as they follow in the pattern is given in Annex 2 to this decree.

(5) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national natural heritage and its protection zone is given in Annex 3 to this Decree.

§ 2

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority can the national natural monument

(a) permit or make changes to the types of land or to their exploitation (2);

(b) permit or carry out construction or permit or make changes to completed or changes to construction before completion or placing in place of construction, advertising and information equipment;

(c) indicate cycling or hiking routes;

(d) fertilise land or use chemical resources on land;

(e) planting or planting plants with the exception of forest renewal or discharging animals;

(f) establish new feeding facilities or slanisks;

(g) to feed or bait animals outside the fattening establishment; or

(h) authorise or make changes to the land water regime.

§ 3

Efficacy

This Decision shall enter into force on 15 January 2017.
