GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 30 November 2011
amending Government Regulation No. 454 / 2009 Coll., establishing, for the purposes of the Criminal Code, what is considered to be substances with anabolic and other hormonal effects and what is the larger amount of them and what is considered to be a method for the purposes of the Criminal Code to increase oxygen transmission in the human organism and other methods with doping effect
The Government orders pursuant to § 289 (4) of Act No. 40 / 2009 Coll., criminal code:
Government Decree No. 454 / 2009 Coll., establishing, for the purposes of the Criminal Code, what is considered to be substances with anabolic and other hormonal effects and what is greater than that and what is considered to be a method for the purposes of the Criminal Code for increasing oxygen transmission in the human organism and other methods with doping effect is amended as follows:
1. In Annex No 1, Part A, point 1 (b), the words "testosterone and 'are replaced by the words" testosterone,'.
2. In Annex 1 (A) (1), at the end of point (b), on a separate line, the words "and other substances with similar chemical structure or similar biological effects."
3. In Annex 2, Part B, including the title:
"B. GENOID DOPING
1. Transfer of nucleic acids or their sequences with the potential to increase sport performance.
2. Use of normal or genetically modified cells with the potential to increase sports performance.
3. The use of substances that directly or indirectly influence functions known to affect performance by modification of gene expression, such as delta receptor activated by peroxisome proliferators / Peroxisome Proliferator Activated Receptor delta (PPARδ) agonists / (e.g. GW 1516) and Agonists proteinkinase axis activated by AMP in conjunction with PPAR delta / PPARδ-AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) axis agonists / (e.g. AICAR). '

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
