DECLARATION
of 14 December 2006
on the expiry of banknotes after 50 CZK of model 1993, banknotes after 100 CZK of model 1993, banknotes after 200 CZK of model 1993 and banknotes after 500 CZK of model 1993
The Czech National Bank provides pursuant to § 22 (d) of Act No. 6 / 1993 Coll., on the Czech National Bank, as amended by Act No. 442 / 2000 Coll.:
(1) On 31 January 2007 the validity of banknotes of CZK 50 model 19931 is terminated), banknotes of CZK 100 model 19932), banknotes of CZK 200 model 19933) and banknotes of CZK 500 model 19934).
(2) The banknotes referred to in paragraph 1 shall be exchanged by all banks 5 between 1 February 2007 and 31 January 2010) and from 1 February 2010 only by the Czech National Bank. The exchange of banknotes of CZK 50 model 1993 ends on 31 March 2017.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
