amending Decree No 347 / 1991 Coll., on the security of workers of organisations working for shorter working hours for temporary sales and financial difficulties
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic provides pursuant to § 123 paragraph 1 (b) and § 3 of the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 3 / 1991 Coll.:
The Decree of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic No. 347 / 1991 Coll., on the security of employees of organisations working for shorter working hours for temporary sales and financial difficulties is amended as follows:
Section 9 is deleted.
The contribution provided for in Decree No. 347 / 1991 Coll., on the security of employees of organisations working for shorter working hours for transitional sales and financial difficulties shall be granted for the month of January 1992.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
