amending Annex I to the International Convention on the Transport of Goods by Rail (CIM) of 25 October 1952
The Minister of Transport orders in agreement with the participating ministers pursuant to § 47 of Act No. 97 / 1950 Coll., on Railways:
On 1 January 1959, the new version of Annex I (Provisions on substances and articles excluded from or admitted to transport under special conditions) to the International Convention on the Transport of Goods by Rail (CIM) of 25 October 1952 became effective. The current version of this Annex, which was issued as a separate publication pursuant to Section 3 of the Transport Minister Regulation No 5 / 1956 Coll., expired on the same day.
The new version of Annex I to the International Convention on the Transport of Goods by Rail (CIM) of 25 October 1952 shall be published by the Ministry of Transport as a separate publication; It shall notify its submission for sale in the Tariffs Bulletin.
This Regulation shall apply from 1 January 1959.
