of 30 January 1957
determining the seat and district of the People's Court in Shurany and changing the district of the People's Court in New Castle.
The Minister of Justice hereby orders pursuant to § 14 No 2 of Act No. 66 / 1952 Coll., on the organisation of courts:
In agreement with the principle that the headquarters and the districts of the People's Courts are in agreement with the seats and districts of the District National Committees, a People's Court in Shurany is established with the jurisdiction of the District National Committee in Shurany. The People's Court in Nové Zámce continues to be competent only for the territorial district of the District National Committee in Nové Šámce.
This amends the provisions of Paragraph 1 (2) (t) of the Order of the Minister of Justice of 11 May 1954 No 22 Coll., laying down the registered offices and districts of the People's Courts and the registered offices and districts of the Regional Courts.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 February 1957.
