Decree of the Minister for Foreign Affairs
of 1 December 1947
correcting and supplementing the Declaration Clause to the Agreement on the Conservation or Renewal of Trade Property Rights at the World War II (published in the Collection of Laws and Regulations under No 167 of 1947).
The Declaration Clause to the Agreement on the Conservation or Renewal of Trade Property Rights at the World War II (published in the Collection of Laws and Regulations under No 167 of 1947) is corrected and supplemented by the following:
"It shall be declared that the Agreement within the meaning of Article 9 has entered into force on 23 May 1947.
The President of the Republic ratified this Agreement with the Final Protocol and the Final Protocol with the Additional Protocol on 31 July 1947 and this date the Agreement for the Czechoslovak Republic gained international efficiency.
The Agreement shall bind the following States:
Czechoslovakia (31.VII. 1947), Denmark (16.VI. 1947), Dominican Republic (23.V. 1947), Finland (26.VI. 1947), France (23.VII. 1947), Morocco - Spanish Protectorate (26.VII. 1947), Norway (30.V. 1947), Spain (19.VII. 1947), Sweden (20.VI. 1947), Switzerland (23.V. 1947), Great Britain and Northern Ireland (23.V. 1947).
The following States are bound by the Final Protocol:
Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Finland, France, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
The following States shall be bound by the Final Additional Protocol:
Czechoslovakia, Finland, Switzerland, Great Britain and Northern Ireland. '
