DECLARATION

of 4 July 2013

on the declaration of the National Nature Reserve for the Resov Falls and the establishment of its closer protection conditions

The Ministry of the Environment provides pursuant to § 79 (4) (h) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on the Conservation of Nature and Landscape, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll., Act No. 312 / 2008 Coll. and Act No. 349 / 2009 Coll.:

§ 1

Definition of the national nature reserve

(1) The National Nature Reservation of the Resov Falls (hereinafter referred to as the "National Nature Reservation") is hereby declared.

(2) The national nature reserve is situated in the territory of the Moravian-Silesian Region, in the cadastral territories of Rešov and Ruda near Rýmařov. The national nature reserve boundaries shall be determined by closed geometric patterns with direct sides whose vertices are determined by coordinates of the single trigonometric network of the cadastral1). The lists of coordinates of the vertices of geometric patterns as they follow in the patterns are given in Annex 1 to this Decree.

(3) An indicative graphical representation of the territory of the national nature reserve and its protection zone is given in Annex 2 to this Decree.

§ 2

Subject matter of protection

National nature reserves are protected

(a) natural forest crops consisting primarily of rubble forests and flowery and acidic beets;

(b) a deep-cut rock canyon with the natural flow of the river Huntava with waterfalls and numerous rapids;

(d) populations of rare and endangered species of black bat (Barbastella barbastellus), large bat (Myotis myotis) and small (Rhinolophus hipposideros), including their biotopes.

§ 3

Closer protection conditions

Only with the consent of the competent nature conservation authority may changes in the types of land or the ways in which they are used (2) be authorised in the national nature reserve.

§ 4

Efficacy

This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 2013.
