GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 17 May 2021
amending Government Regulation No. 468 / 2008 Coll., on the security of designated constitutional officials of the Czech Republic, as amended by Government Regulation No. 398 / 2015 Coll.
The Government orders pursuant to § 49 paragraph 1 (a) of Act No. 273 / 2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic:
In Article 1 of Decree No. 468 / 2008 Coll., on the Protection of Constitutional Agents of the Czech Republic, as amended by Decree No. 398 / 2015 Coll., at the end of paragraph 2, the dot is replaced by a comma and the following point (e) is added:
"(e) Minister for Industry and Trade."
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication.
