DECLARATION

amending Decree No. 105 / 2008 Coll., on the Natural and Financial Requirements of Students of Military Secondary Schools
According to Section 166 of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., the Ministry of Defence provides:
In Section 3 of the Decree No. 105 / 2008 Coll., on the legal and financial requirements of pupils of military secondary schools, the words "and except for the hospitalisation of a pupil in a crew medical institution 'are added and the sentence" The absence of teaching is not considered to be the day on which the pupil attended at least part of the teaching.'
This Decree shall take effect on 1 July 2010.
