DECLARATION
of 22 May 2008
amending Decree No 376 / 2005 Coll., determining the amount of the payment for meals and accommodation provided at the asylum facility, the amount of the allowance and the time of its payment, as amended by Decree No 174 / 2006 Coll.
The Ministry of the Interior provides for Act No. 325 / 1999 Coll., on Asylum and Amendment to Act No. 283 / 1991 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, as amended, (Act on Asylum), as amended, and Act No. 379 / 2007 Coll.:
Decree No. 376 / 2005 Coll., determining the amount of the payment for food and accommodation provided at the asylum facility, the amount of the allowance and the deadlines for its payment shall be amended as follows:
1. In Article 1 (1) and (2), the words "in a residence or integration asylum centre 'are replaced by" in a asylum facility'.
2. In Paragraph 2, "16 'is replaced by" 30'.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
