GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 3 May 2021
on the valuation awarded by the Competition Authority
The Government orders pursuant to § 49 (6) of Act No. 218 / 2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and on the amendment of certain related laws (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 26 / 2008 Coll.:
Subject matter
This Regulation provides for the valuation of the Office for the Protection of Competition ("the Office ') and the conditions for its award.
Valuation granted
As an award, the Office may award the Medal for the Benefits of Competition and Public Procurement.
Medals for the contribution of competition and public procurement
(1) The Medal for the Benefit of Competition and Public Procurement is awarded to a natural person for an exceptional act or for merit in the development of competition or public procurement in the Czech Republic.
(2) The award of the valuation shall be justified by the specific facts evidenced by the exceptional conduct or merit of the development of competition or public procurement.
(3) The awards consist of medals, including degrees and diplomas.
Valuation transmission
The award ceremony shall normally take place once in a calendar year.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2021.
