amending Act No. 115 / 2000 Coll., on the granting of compensation for damage caused by selected specially protected animals, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 115 / 2000 Coll., on the granting of compensation for damage caused by selected specially protected animals, as amended by Act No. 476 / 2001 Coll., Act No. 320 / 2002 Coll., Act No. 130 / 2006 Coll. and Act No. 227 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
In Section 3 of Act No. 115 / 2000 Coll., on the granting of compensation for damage caused by selected specially protected animals, point (c) is deleted.
Points (d) to (g) shall be renumbered (c) to (f).
Transitional provision
The compensation for damage caused by a cormorant large on fish from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2019 shall be reimbursed up to 100% of the damage caused and from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020 up to 80% of the damage caused, under the conditions and in the manner laid down in Act No. 115 / 2000 Coll., on the granting of compensation for damage caused by selected specially protected animals, as amended by the date of entry into force of this Act.
Efficacy
This Law shall enter into force on 1 January 2018.
