GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 1 July 2015
amending Government Regulation No. 211 / 2010 Coll., on the system of fields of education in basic, secondary and higher vocational education, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 3 (5) and § 58 (5) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on Pre-School, Basic, Medium, Higher Vocational and Other Education (Education Act), as amended by Act No. 472 / 2011 Coll.:
Government Regulation No. 211 / 2010 Coll., on the system of fields of education in basic, secondary and higher vocational education, as amended by Government Regulation No. 367 / 2012 Coll. and Government Regulation No. 167 / 2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Annex 1, Section D, Part D2, the following row is added at the end of point 79:

2. In Annex 1, Section D, Part D2, the following footnote 12 is added at the end of the notes to Table D2:
"(12) The field of education providing secondary education with a graduate examination valid from the school year 2016 / 2017, starting from the 1st year. The first digit after slash in the code of the field of education gives information on the length of education in the field of education."
3. In Annex 1, Section D, Part D2 of the notes to Table D2, the last sentence is deleted.
Transitional provision
Pupils of bilingual Gymnasium admission to education - selected subjects in a foreign language with code name 79-41K / 610 under the experimental verification regime provided for in Section 171 (1) of Act No. 561 / 2004 Coll., on pre-school, primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (Education Act) will continue to be educated in the field of education 79-41K / 610.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 31 August 2015.
