amending Act No. 361 / 2000 Coll., on road traffic and amending certain laws (Road Traffic Act), as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Road Traffic Act

1. In Paragraph 58 (3), the sentence "A person over the age of 18 may carry a maximum of two children under 10 years of age in a wheelchair intended for the carriage of children meeting the technical conditions laid down in the special Regulation (m2) or a child on a child wheel attached to a wheel by means of a coupling bar. 'is added at the end of the paragraph.
2. Paragraph 58 (6) reads:
"(6) Two red retro-reflectors of non-triangular shape placed as close as possible to the side contours of the trolley and connected to the wheel by a fixed coupling shall be attached to the wheel, not more than 900 mm wide. If the trailer or its load under reduced visibility is covered by the rear position red wheel light, the trailer shall be fitted to the left on the rear with a red non-dazzling light. If children are transported in a trailer, the trailer shall be marked with a yellow or orange flag or a plate of 300 x 300 mm height between 1200 and 1600 mm above the road level. '
EFFECTIVE
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
