on the method of external marking and customs office badges, models of service uniforms and special colour design and identification of service vehicles
The Ministry of Finance provides for, pursuant to Articles 21 (3) and 28 (3) of Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., the Customs Act, as amended by Act No. 113 / 1997 Coll. and Act No. 1 / 2002 Coll., hereinafter referred to as "the Act ':
Subject matter
This decree provides for:
(a) the customs authorities' badges, the method of external identification of the customs authorities' members (hereinafter referred to as "customs") and the models of the customs officials' service uniforms;
(b) the method of special colour design and marking of the service vehicles of the customs administration;
(c) the model and formalities of the service card.
Customs office badges
The customs authorities' badges are:
(a) the identification mark of the customs administration comprising:
1. embossed metal silver-coloured oval with a patina (old silver), has a Merkura character supplemented on the sides with three lip sheets; the upper part is the inscription "CZECH REPUBLIC 'and the lower part is the inscription" CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT', under which is a four-digit identification number, the model is shown in Annex 1, Figure 1a,
2. a yellow four-digit number on a black background or a black four-digit number on a grey background, the pattern is shown in Annex 1, Figure 1b,
(b) the symbol of the customs administration, which is the shape of an open horseshoe, with a light blue circumference band, inside which the horseshoe is highlighted by two dark blue parallel curves. The horseshoe is topped with two corrugated belts, defined by light blue edges, of which the upper belt is shorter than the lower belt. In the upper corners, next to the shorter wavy strip, there are three golden leaf leaves. Inside the horseshoe is placed a gold emblem Mercury in a dark blue field. In the top of the horseshoe, inside the corrugated belts, the inscription "CZECH REPUBLIC" is given in large black letters and in the bottom of the horseshoe in the circumferential light blue belt is marked "CLO - DOUANE" in large white letters. The representation of the customs administration symbol is given in Annex 1, Figure 2.
Models of service uniforms
(1) Staff uniforms form part of the service equipment intended for uniform wearing of customs officers. The external appearance of the service uniforms is characterised by the colour and cut of the uniforms, the external marking and the badges of the customs administration and the value marking of customs officials. A hat, winter cap, boat, hat or work hat with a label shall be worn to the service uniform.
(2) Service uniform 97 is characterised by a combination of dark blue and grey. The basic composition of the uniform is set out in Annex 2.
(3) The working uniform 97 and the uniform 97 are dark blue and are intended for special activities.
(4) The service uniforms, according to their purpose of use, occur in different types and assemblies of the service equipment. The representation of service uniforms is given in Annex 3.
Method of external identification of customs officers
(1) Customs officers who wear a service uniform 97 are marked on the sleeve of the uniform by the sleeve of the customs administration, which forms a large national emblem of the Czech Republic with the words "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT" in white and red frame on the background of the dark blue colour ("sleeve emblem"). The image of the sleeve character is shown in Annex 1, Figure 3.
(2) Customs officers who wear a working uniform 97 and a uniform 97 shall, in addition to the sleeve marking referred to in paragraph 1, be marked on the jacket of the working uniform 97 and, at the same time, with the yellow inscription "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT," which shall form the yellow letters on a dark ground. The image of the yellow inscription "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT 'is given in Annex 1, Figure 4.
(3) Customs officers carrying out specific tasks in the context of the activity of the customs authority responsible (1) who wear a working uniform of 97 and a combination of 97 shall, when carrying out the specific tasks, be identified on the jacket of a working uniform of 97 and, in combination, by the black inscription "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT," which shall form the black letters on the grey background. The image of the black inscription "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT 'is given in Annex 1, Figure 5.
Small uniform accessories
In addition to the accessories referred to in § 2 and 3, minor uniform accessories consist of underpants, lamps, embroidery, character marks, hat badges and uniform buttons. A representation of the character, badges on the hat and the uniform buttons is given in Annex 1, Figure 6 to 8.
Location of the external marking and customs office badges on the service uniform
(1) When wearing a service uniform, 97 is the sleeve mark on the left sleeve and the customs office identification mark on the left side of the customs bosom.
(2) In the case of wearing a working uniform, 97 and 97, the sleeve and the customs office identification mark shall be affixed mutatis mutandis as referred to in paragraph 1. Also on the left side of the chest and on the back of the jacket the working uniform 97 and the suits 97 of the customs officer are the yellow inscription "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT." The character is placed on the right sleeve of the working uniform 97 and the overalls 97.
Other components of service equipment
Other components of the service equipment, including reflective, protective or other devices with a yellow, light blue or white inscription "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT 'may be used for the service uniforms referred to in Section 3; reflective means means components of yellow colour with the white inscription" CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT' on a green base.

(2) In the case of components of the service uniform 97, the marking shall be affixed to the marking plate for the marking of the dark blue colour, which shall be applied to the hatched strip, placed on the left sleeve above the sleeve of the customs administration, with a tip downward.
Special colour design and marking of service vehicles of customs administration
(1) The service vehicle of the customs administration of the special colour design and the marking is white with a horizontal white and blue stripe on the sides and front and rear of the vehicle. On the sides and rear of the vehicle there is a black and white inscription "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT '. The inscription consists of large black letters with white background. There is a symbol of customs administration on the sides and front of the vehicle.
(2) The service vehicle of the customs administration which does not have the special colour design provided for in paragraph 1 and which is designated as a service vehicle of the customs administration shall be marked:
(a) the black and white inscription "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT" on the sides and rear of the vehicle and on the front of the vehicle by the symbol of the customs administration,
(b) a black and white self-adhesive or magnetic cm marked "CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT" on the sides, front and rear of the vehicle; or
(c) behind the windscreen of the vehicle, a vehicle identification card consisting of a symbol of customs administration, the inscription "SERVICE VEHICLE CUSTOMS MANAGEMENT" consisting of large blue letters and a rectangle for the registration mark. The vehicle identification card shall have a background of blue with the imprint of the repeating words "CLO - DOUANE ', which shall be composed in capital letters and at the top and bottom of the rectangle to indicate the registration mark of the nine lip sheets. The image of the vehicle identification card is given in Annex 4.
(3) The colour and marking of the service vehicles of the customs administration referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 (a) are shown in Annex 5.
Proof of customs status by service pass
The model and the particulars of the service card to which the customs officer attests to customs jurisdiction in the absence of wearing a uniform in the course of the service are set out in Annex 6 to this Order.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.

Basic composition of the uniform
The basic composition of the Staff Union97 shall consist of the following components:
(a) dark blue hat with label (dark blue hat for women),
(b) dark blue jacket,
(c) dark blue jacket for waist,
(d) grey trousers (for women, grey skirts),
(e) a light blue shirt with a long sleeve (in women, a light blue blouse with a long sleeve),
f) light blue shirt with short sleeve (light blue blouse with short sleeve in women),
(g) dark blue tie,
(h) black cotton-type socks (in the case of women, including polyamide socks and stocking pants),
(i) black shoes (black boats in women).
Complements of the service uniform 97
The following components shall be made up of additional Staff Union97:
(a) a dark blue hat with a summer label,
(b) dark blue winter cap,
(c) dark blue cap boat,
d) dark blue jacket with fur insert,
e) dark blue jacket with thermo-board,
f) dark blue summer jacket with lining,
(g) dark blue warm pants,
(h) dark blue textile vest,
(i) dark blue pullover,
(j) dark blue sweater,
(k) black moccasins;
(l) black boots,
(m) summer black boats,
(n) black ankle footwear,
(o) black canads,
(p) leather leather leather black,
q) leather leather leather black,
(r) Grey scarf,
s) black leather belt,
(t) socks of the black wool type,
(u) tie buckle,
(v) the quality label.

Formats and model of service cards
I. Terms and conditions
The service card is a double-sided white card, size 86 x 54 mm, made of polycarbonate, sealed in a transparent laminating film. Part of the foil is a hologram in the form of fourteen regularly arranged customs administration characters.

(a) on the face side in the rows below, printed in blue the text "CUSTOMS GOVERNMENT," "CZECH REPUBLIC," which is bounded by double blue lines, and in black the text "Customs Service Card," "Personal number:," "Surname:," "Name:" and "Date of issue:." In the right part there is a colour representation of the holder of the licence with dimensions of 26 x 35 mm, over it is printed with grey text "CUSTOMS DOUANE." A large national emblem is printed on the left, under which the text "Directorate-General of Customs' is printed in black and the reserved place for signature of the Director-General of the Directorate-General of Customs. The text" CUSTOMS GOVERNMENT OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC "is printed twice in the blue stripe along the bottom of the licence and the card identification number is printed in black,
(b) on the reverse, printed in black with the following text: "The finder of this service card is requested to be surrendered to the nearest customs authority or to the police of the Czech Republic." Two chips are placed on the right below the text. A non-visible contactless chip serves for the entry of the holder of the service card into the customs administration and recording of electronic certificates. The contact chip ensures access of the holder of the service card to the customs information systems.
