DECLARATION
Ministry of Transport and Communications
of 30 June 2000
on the scope of the rental and technical parameters of telecommunications circuits
The Ministry of Transport and Communications provides pursuant to § 109 (2) of Act No. 151 / 2000 Coll., on Telecommunications and on the amendment of other laws ("the Act ') for the implementation of § 33 (1) of the Act:
The minimum set and extended set of leased telecommunications circuits with technical parameters and characteristics are set out in Annexes 1 and 2 to this Decree.
Information on the offer to rent telecommunications lines published in the Telecommunications Journal1) contains:
(a) the technical characteristics of telecommunications circuits, including the detailed technical and functional specification of their endpoints;
(b) delivery conditions for leased telecommunications lines, which shall include in particular:
1. ordering procedure,
2. delivery times,
3. the contract period for the lease of the telecommunications circuit, including the minimum period to be accepted by the service provider if requested by the applicant;
4. time limits for the removal of failures,
5. conditions for replacement service,
(c) information on the licensing conditions of the service provider affecting the conditions for the use of the leased telecommunications circuit, including the period of validity of the licence;
(d) the conditions under which the provision of services may be restricted or interrupted in order to ensure the security of network operations, network integrity, operational continuity of services and data protection in emergency situations;
(e) the conditions for connecting terminal equipment to leased telecommunications circuits, including an overview of the conditions to be met by terminal equipment if they are to be connected to a leased telecommunications circuit, and the conditions for restricting the provision of services in cases of failure to comply with the conditions for connecting terminal equipment.
Efficacy
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
